- SB553: Workplace Violence Prevention Plan, effective July 1st, 2024
- SB428: Workplace Violence Restraining Order Law, effective January 1st, 2025
- AB933: Expanded Defamation Protection For Claims of Sexual Harassment, Assault, or Discrimination
